Dr. Stokes is such a beautiful soul. What I loved the most was that she was not in a hurry and she actually took the time to listen to my concerns.

I just moved to the area and needed to find a primary doctor. After reading lots of reviews on local doctors I called and booked an appointment with Dr.Stokes. She was so kind and tender and asked lots of questions to understand my concerns and family history. Her nurse was also friendly and welcoming and helped put me at ease.I highly recommend her and I'm thankful to have such a compassionate and attentive doctor over my care.

I must say that She is gifted to do the Profession. Since she left I've not been able to find any one for care that made me feel genuinely cared for in the way that she did. It's really been challenging to replace such a star of Doctor. I hope she comes back...she's needed.

Dr. Stokes gets 5 stars from me. She is thorough, attentive, detail-oriented, and organized. I felt her compassion even through our telemedicine appointment. The young lady Imani that answers the phone gets 1 star. She’s flat, clipped, and sometimes plain rude. I’ve had three experiences with her on three different days and they’ve all been the same (or worse) so I cannot even attribute it to a “bad day”. Her energy doesn’t match the amazing energy of Dr. Stokes at all.

I am new to the area and was looking for a primary care physician. I contacted Baptist Health Family Clinic At Otter Creek. The ladies that answered the phone where very professional and really really nice! They helped me to get in with Dr. Erica Stokes the same day that I called. I didn't have to wait very long at all until I was called back and everyone was very kind, courteous and professional! When I met Dr. Stokes I was highly impressed with her willingness to sit down and actually asked me what was going on with me,she asked how I was doing and what could she do to help me! She is the first Doctor in a long time, if ever, who seemed to wanted to know everything about me not this what was bothering me that day but she also talk to me as a friend and we discovered more things that I needed to have taken care of! That day Dr Erica Stokes was my ray of sunshine! When I left her office I felt like I had a wonderful doctor that was going to take great care of me! Also her nurses Ronnie and Selena are very professional and courteous. Always returning my calls even if we have to play phone tag they call me back! I'm from a small town and I'm not used to Dr or nurses that are so professional and so caring. My experience there was wonderful and I would recommend them to anyone.

Dr. Stokes is an amazing doctor and I am so disheartened that she is leaving Baptist Health. She listened to my concerns and never ever made me feel rushed. I felt like she genuinely cared and she was the only doctor that helped me get to the root cause of my migraines. She is truly a great at what she does and will be missed. If she ever starts practicing again, I will go wherever she is-I'd literally drive 100 miles to be seen by her. She is just that good!!!
